We continually strive to optimize our operating efficiency.

Our conveyorized powder coating systems provide highly efficient coating applications while processing large quantity runs. Cleaning and phosphating are done in a three-stage spray washer enabling good adhesion. Color changes can be done in less than 15 minutes, minimizing down time.


Our batch powder coating department has the flexibility to process larger parts or small quantity runs. Parts are cleaned and phosphated in our two-stage cabinet washer, then powder coated in one of two booths; depending on the size of the part.


At Westside Finishing, we provide complete custom silk screening. From start to finish, our in-house professionals handle this specialty service. Our customers can provide camera-ready artwork, or we can create company logos and product using CorelDRAW. All final products are solvent-resistant.


Pad printing technology allows highly defined imprints to be transferred onto shaped surfaces, including recessed and special contours. A transfer pad picks up the image from a cliche plate, and it is then imprinted onto the part. Pad printing provides superior high volume output, when consistent quality is of the utmost concern.


We can provide EMI shielding and heat dissipation using a wide variety of Chomerics materials. Our expertise enables engineers to overcome problems with electromagnetic interference. Utilizing shielding products, we eliminate EMI by maintaining electrical conductivity at joints, seams, and openings of electronic packages.


Westside Finishing provides detailed and accurate masking according to your specifications, using a wide variety of heat resistant material. We are able to satisfy even the most unique requirements.
